| P&P's involvement in the design of hospitality facilities is concentrated in the South Florida area as well as Honduras. Among our design projects are a 5-star/convention hotel, and restorations of historic buildings in the Miami Beach Art-Deco District which blend the historically significant characters of the existing buildings with innovative new design that fit into the elegant imagery within the South Beach environment.
