Founded in 1984, Perez & Perez has distinguished itself in the South and Central Florida communities by providing public and private sector clients with reliable guidance through the intricacies of planning, design, construction and renovation of their facilities. The firm has subsequently prospered largely by the acquisition of repeat-client commissions and referrals.

Our approach to design is to treat each problem individually with respect to its aesthetic concerns, keeping our clients vision, and the project's location and budget firmly in mind. Functional and aesthetic issues are not separated but rather simultaneously resolved, through research, experimentation, design and redesign, until the solution meets with our client's practical, budgetary, and visual objectives.

The firm is headed by two principals, Fidel A. Perez, AIA, and Daniel Perez-Zarraga, AIA. Under their guidance the firm has been the recipient of numerous AIA awards for their work.
